Use your existing individual Ops sign-in to verify your identity, then enter the company training password. This grants no additional Ops permissions.

No existing individual account? Ask your supervisor to arrange identity verification. Do not use another person's sign-in.
Set the company training password
Your owner identity has been verified. Enter and confirm the shared training password yourself. Use at least 15 characters. Staff still verify their individual identities so progress stays separate.
Saving signs out current Academy sessions. It does not change any Ops password or send messages.
Start a training-only learner session
Use this on the learner's own device while you are present. Verify the learner, select their name, and hand the browser to them after continuing. This signs you out of owner setup. The learner then enters the company training password.
A learner session lasts eight hours. After sign-out or expiry, repeat owner-assisted sign-in. Progress stays saved.
